Discovery Sessions
Attendees will have the unique opportunity to showcase their potential in front of esteemed casting directors, and up to 15 of the top modeling and talent agents in North America, and industry veterans that are scouting new models and talent. The event's curated workshops will provide invaluable insights, preparing participants for a successful career in the modeling and entertainment industry.

Industry Insights
The Cays Conference will feature panel discussions and keynote addresses by luminaries who have left an indelible mark on the entertainment world. From navigating auditions to understanding the nuances of on-screen presence, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to thrive in the industry.

Talent Showcases
A highlight of the conference will be live talent showcases where participants can demonstrate their abilities in front of a captivated audience, casting directors, and potential agents. On the modeling day models will walk for the agent panel and on the acting day actors will introduce themselves to the panel and be asked to recite a 30 second monologue. At the end of each day there will be callbacks announced from the agents that want to see models or actors again for potential representation.

Glamour and Entertainment
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Atlantis Resort, attendees will be immersed in an environment that embodies the essence of the entertainment industry's allure. A red carpet event including a top model fashion show featuring Bahamian designers, every moment will be an experience to remember.

​EVENT INFORMATION

Attention All Models (NOVEMBER 11, 2023)

• Must be 14-years of age or above to participate
• Anyone under 18-years old must bring ID to check-in
• Parents of participants 12 or older can attend the event for the regular ticket price without taking part of the actual scouting portion
• Only women 5' 7" - 6' 2" will be accepted
• Only men 5’10 " - 6' 4" will be accepted​
• Agents are also looking for full-figured and mature male and female models
• Please wear a black tank top or fitted tee w/fitted pants with minimal make-up 
• Women bring heels
• ​Bring a hair tie, if applicable
• You will walk the runway to be scouted by agents (event info page)
• Bring a refillable bottle of water
• If signed with an international agent, entrant will have to sign a mother agency agreement with CMM Agency in Nassau Bahamas​

​Attention All Actors (NOVEMBER 12, 2023)

• Participants must be 6-years of age or older
• Participants 12-years of age or under must be accompanied by one parent and/or legal guardian either of which must provide full name and contact information.
• Parents of children 12 years or under who are not taking part in the scouting event as a model or actor do not need to purchase a ticket​
• Parents of participants 12 or older can attend the event for the regular ticket price without taking part of the actual scouting portion
• Parents or legal guardians will, however, have to register and pay separately in order to take part in the scouting portion of the event if presenting as a model or actor​
• Must have a professional actors headshot by the start of the event. However, you can use your best available photo on the registration form
  
• Have prepared up to 30-seconds of memorized monologue to be recited to scouts
• If signed with an international agent, entrant will have to sign a mother agency agreement with CMM Agency in Nassau, Bahamas
• ​Bring a hair tie, if applicable
• Bring a refillable bottle of water​
• Please feel free to express your personality in what you choose to wear
